Terms and Conditions for FLI Freight

Welcome to FLI Freight. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at https://flifreight.com and the services provided by FLI Transportation + Logistics. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
FLI Freight operates as a third-party logistics (3PL) provider and freight broker. We arrange for the transportation of freight by licensed motor carriers. FLI Freight is not a motor carrier and does not physically transport the freight; we act as an intermediary between the shipper and the carrier.
2. Accuracy of Information
When requesting a quote or booking a shipment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the cargo weight, dimensions, commodity type, and pickup/delivery locations. Inaccurate information may lead to adjusted billing rates or additional accessorial charges from the carrier.
3. Payment and Billing
All freight charges, including any additional fees incurred during transit (such as liftgate fees, residential delivery, or re-consignment), are the responsibility of the customer. Terms of payment are subject to credit approval. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees as permitted by law.
4. Cargo Liability and Claims
Because FLI Freight is a broker and not a carrier, liability for loss, damage, or delay to cargo rests solely with the motor carrier performing the service. FLI Freight will assist customers in the filing and processing of claims with the carrier, but we do not guarantee payment or recovery of such claims.
5. User Accounts (My FLI)
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, graphics, and software used on flifreight.com are the property of FLI Transportation + Logistics and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this site without our express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FLI Freight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to these terms shall be filed in the courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
